Overpath Raises €1.6M to Build the AI Sales Execution Layer for Revenue Teams

AI platform helps GTM leaders surface execution risk early and reinforce the right behaviours mid-deal

Overpath, the AI-powered sales execution platform for revenue teams, today announced it has raised €1.6 million in preseed funding. The round was led by Elkstone Ventures, with participation from AI Specialist Investor, SVV, and an experienced angel investor. The funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand enterprise design partnerships, and deepen Overpath’s execution intelligence.

Overpath is building a new layer in the revenue stack focused on sales execution. Sales execution spans sales enablement, revenue operations, and coaching software, representing a global market of more than $30 billion today. Enterprise selling today is driven largely by qualitative signals - how reps run discovery, how they position value, how they handle risk, and how decisions actually get made inside deals. The modern sales stack is dominated by tools that analyse what happened after deals stall or are lost, but rarely help teams correct behaviour while outcomes can still be changed.

Overpath reads live deal behaviour across systems, identifies execution gaps early, and reinforces the next best actions for reps and managers directly within their workflow. It is powered by a domain-specific Sales Language Model trained on real sales behaviours, deal methodologies, and execution patterns used by high-performing teams. The platform captures and structures qualitative context across sales calls, deal activity, and CRM data, turning it into actionable execution insight that leaders and managers can use while deals are still in motion.

“Sales teams don’t fail because they lack revenue intelligence,” said Ross Keating, Co-Founder of Overpath. “They fail because execution drifts and nobody sees it early enough. Overpath exists to close that gap. We’re not building another reporting tool. We’re building the layer that helps teams execute correctly while deals are still alive.”

“Most sales technology looks backward,” said Dermot O’Connor, Co-Founder of Overpath. “We’re focused on what happens next. By understanding live execution signals across deals, Overpath helps teams intervene earlier, coach with precision, and create far more predictable outcomes.”

Barry Downes, Managing Partner at SVV - “At SVV, our own experience as former founders means that we deeply understand the difficulty of building and growing an effective and efficient Go To Market function. We’re excited to back Overpath who we believe have cracked a key part of how to use AI to accelerate how any company can bring their products to market."

“Elkstone is excited to back a team tackling one of the most persistent problems in go-to-market: inconsistent execution,” said Niall McEvoy, Managing Director of Venture at Elkstone Ventures. “Ross and Dermot bring rare operator experience from both sides of the table, and Overpath’s approach to applied AI is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in how sales teams actually work.”

Overpath is being designed in close collaboration with experienced sales leaders and operators, with early design partners using the platform to surface deal risk mid-cycle, standardise execution quality, and shift coaching from post-mortem reviews to preventative intervention.
