Becky is an experienced HR generalist who has worked with a wide range of Public and Private sector organisations, including in Financial Services, VC, and Technology. Becky gained her initial HR experience at JP Morgan, before moving to Investec where she partnered with the Investment Banking team. Following a relocation back to the South coast, Becky joined LV= where she held a number of roles, deepening her experience in Business Partnering, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.

Becky is passionate about enabling meaningful change in teams and closely with her clients to develop Learning and Development programmes which support the strategic goals of the business and aspirations of the team. She is a qualified Executive Coach and practitioner in Insights Discovery, Emotional Intelligence profiling and Myers Briggs.
